I found a charge on my bill for some application called Pictavision. I have not only found it charged on my phone number, but also on my family member's phone number. I have had to review the bill each month and have it removed. Each time I have asked to have it removed, I am "reassured" that it will not appear again. Lowest quality, worst service experienced of any technology company. We purchased three HP Touchsmart Tm2t laptops for our business. After purchasing the software and hardware to transfer audio files digitally, the software stopped working. The "help" site was incomplete and incorrect. NO backup help was available. When I called the 800 number, I was told there was no phone support, and was hung up on. Repeated attempts to recontact the company through their sales number were met with a busy signal.
