Sony recovery disk
I have been a long time Sony pc loyal customer. I will never buy a Sony vao again!!! the computer is fine. the customer service is HORRIBLE!!! After five years my operating system was corrupted. I had to order a recovery disk from them. First blunder is I was charged $23.00 for fed-ex overnight delivery as per my request. when my cd did not arrive the next day, I called them and was told that they are updating their systems and do NOT OFFER OVERNIGHT DELIVERY. Hi there,
I have a complaint to submit regarding Geeks on the Way.
Here it is:
I live in Toronto and contacted the Toronto office of Geeks on the Way and scheduled onsite assistance with an ongoing sound issue on the internet.
I made it clear to the booker and also to the technician (by way of note) that if the issue couldn't be resolved, we need the computer backed up on an external hard drive (left for him to set up) so I could restore the computer to the factory settings.

I bought few products from E zone, Chembur, K star Mall, Mumbai on dasshera. As like any other Indian got swayed by the freebies promised(gold coins and other gifts). I paid the entire sum by credit card but till date have not received any single product. And the gifts they say are out of stock. I have to chase these guys everyday. I purchased a Kodak all in one printer that does not function according to its specifications. The printer is sold with a print speed spec of 32 pages a minute. The print speed is no more than 5 pages a minute. After 2 hours with tech support and an uninstall and reinstall of the software, I was finally informed that the 32 pages per minute is only under "lab conditions." water leaking problem
i purchased a SAMSUNG REFRIGRATOR last year RA23/2009. i faced a problem of water leaking to the back side of the fridge after the 15 days of purchased. After 7 visits and 11 complaint calls the problem still persists.Parts have been changed by your service engineers but the problem still remains.

I purchased my Acer Aspire 1410 with 11" screen 2GB RAM and 250 HD in April 2010. By Aug 2010, the hard drive crashed and I tried to recover the system using the "recovery" DVDs that were produced on the startup. So in september for my birthday my wife got me the IPHONE 4. I was very happy but then remembered about the initial reason we left AT&T the first time horrible service. Have brought my laptop since november 2008 so its still not old pc but i have faced many problems to find a new battery
1- at the web site of hp not finding my laptop model (pavilion dv5-1060ee)

I bought an HD camcorner in Jan/2010. It was a $1400 camera and was told it had a 1 yr warranty by the sales rep at best buy. After no more than 6 uses it the LCD went black and it stopped recording 8 months later in Aug/2010. I called best buy and they told me to bring it in. I got a Sony Ericsson C903, brand new, sealed handset (with bill and warranty) in May 2010. Within a month, the phone started giving problems. There were call problems, the keys hardened, the music tracks would skip/hang up, volume was bad, etc. I submitted my phone to the Service centre at Platinum Mall, Ghatkopar, Mumbai, India. In December of 2009 I purchased a Sony Vaio Laptop for my daughter to use in college. Cost of laptop was $697.11, wasn't a cheap one. On September 23, 2010 (9 months later) the hard drive crashed. The computer has a 12 months parts and labor warranty. The problem with the hard drive was determined by a reputable computer company in Starkville, Ms where my daughter attends the university. I mailed it with delivery notification.
Logitech never sent me an email confirmation of receipt.
I phoned logitech's service rep. She said, mail my xeroxes and original of UPC code.
Of course, I don't have the original of the UPC code since that was submitted.
This is clearly a corporate scam.
I shall try suit in local small claims court, which will cost me more than the rebate, but at least
