Everyone needs to be aware that if you purchase anything from Carrefour, that is not there brand name item, even if they tell you you have a one year guarantee and anything goes wrong with it more than 10 days after you purchased it carrefour will only send it to the manufacturer and you will have to wait for however long it may take to send it, repair it, and send it back. This complaint concerns the company's refusal to honor their commitment to pay for return shipping of one of their defective laptop batteries. I purchased a phone set at your Shawnee store. Set doesn't work well so I attempted to return it to KCK Walmart. Despite having a receipt, the Walmart in Kansas City, Ks would not accept return because a clearance item and not in their computer.
