I bought the unit last april 2009 I was so excited but to my demise the brand new unit was teribly defective. It could not recognize or sense the battery, so I have to always plug it to an electical socket. After several complaints, it was replced, but again it is defective. I worked 2 different service calls for Barrister on one call they keep sending the wrong parts which they acknowledged and refused to pay me for 3 trips to the customers house. I was vodofone prepaid connection for the past e years, so I thought of change to postpaid connection went to the vodofone shop and applied for the postpaid connection and paid Rs. 550/- cash immediately. BlueHippo states that they can help build your credit buy purchasing a complete computer package from them and that you will get some free items along with your purchase package and this is all documented in your order form, but that doesn't matter because they don't for full the contract. I purchased a supposedly brand new Maytag washer aka Whirlpool and Maytag dryer from Home Depot on the 6000 Carlisle Pike, in Mechanicsburg, PA. Store #4120. This was the worst experience with a service company in my life.
