I am fed up with Norton 360. I bourght this product in January with a new laptop with Windows Vista on. I bought or my son bought for me as a gift, this washer and dryer in 2007. It has been serviced 2 times and it still will not get anything clean. It never has and I've tried everything to get my clothes clean. My Acer LCD panel broke while I had it as carry on luggage. It never left my sight and the case was pristine. Acer wanted to charge me $199 to repair it. They said it could have been the air pressure or turbulence on the plane, and they were not responsible for "acts of god." I pointed out that the 8.9" screens were being discontinued and if their fragility was a reason. bought TV as Xmas present TV died after 4 months. Have called Vizio customer service and been told to get the TV repaired or replaced will have to ship from Florida to California at my expense. Both times that I have called was transfereed to 4 different persons each of which was more ignorant than the previous one. It seems the reputation of this company is well deserved. Illegal merchandise, theft of money without delivery of merchandise, customer service department that ignores customers, charging credit cards fraudulently. From what I've read, the list goes on. For 2 months in a row now, I send my payment to First Electronic Bank which does all credit for Fryes Electronics stores, I sent the checks one week early last time and 10 days early this time and they sit on the checks until they are past due then deposit the check and ding me a ridiculous $50 late fee. After a 5 year relationship with this company I was so happy to end my relationship with them. MOST of them are rude to their retail customers. They would repeatedly send out used items to customers instead of new. What happened was that they send a used item to my customer. ordered a simple cellphone cover and have not received it. It has been two months. Contact with Customer Service was cordial but the standard complaint historical account is accurate. They are waiting from a shipment from their supplier. With this long list of complaints occuring, is there not some legal action that can be performed. Take all of these complaints and forward them to the BBB in Florida and get this company to change their tactics or go out of business. I purchased a sim card from Call in Europe prior to a trip to Italy. I inserted the sim card and was given instructions to call a number to set-up the voice mail prompt. After being disconnected several times, and having to call back, I was finally able to get the voice mail activated. In total, I incurred "16 minutes" of airtime, according to the invoice I received from them, which the minutes are grossly inflated.
