For almost a year now i have been waiting for a rebate from Bridgevain for a cable moderm / wireless router rebate of $39.95. I bought a 3G iphone in South Africa from a Vodacom, a national cell provider, last December but I live in Australia. Unfortunately I wasnt told that the warranty is country specific and not international. So now that my iphone has a massive software issue I cant get a replacement. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!! This was the worst company I have ever delt with. I ordered A high end gaming pc on 1/31/09 that cost $1831 and there managment acts like you owe them something when there is a problem. I recieved my pc on 2/7/09 and it was dead out of the box. Magic Micro claimed it was damaged in shipping but the packaging it came in was in perfect shape. So I sent my PC back on a tuesday and recieved a new pc on thursday. Rencently i go the popular laptop HP Pavilion DV2000, actually it's really a good deals from my friends, cheap price and good performance. however, a flaw in an otherwise perfect thing is that it's battery - low capacity, then i hunt for a cheap replacement hp pavilion dv2000 battery at http://www.notebook-battery.org. I sent my laptop computer to them to repair. They sent it back to me with a damaged busted corner saying I must have sent it to them with the corner damaged. The corner was not damaged when I sent it. I shipped it in the box with the foam packing forms they had sent me. The only thing I can assume is that someone in their shop dropped it on its corner but is trying to say it arrived their already busted. Bottom line they are therefore refusing to fix the problem it was originally sent in for. And sent it bck to me with a busted corner. This company is horrible and I am so upset that I didn't think to review all of these comments before I purchased a Garmin GPS Unit from them. I found them on a site that gave them 5 stars for customer service and decided that the Web site looked like a legitimate company. As homeowner I purchased 41 Andersen windows and 16 Frenchwood patio doors for a new home that was completed in mid 1999. Within a month of occupancy, I informed Andersen that some of the windows were out of tolerance so that the Andersen screens could not be installed. I ordered a Garmin GPS. When I check on the order after receiving a confirmation number, the order stated pending. The next day I got a call asking for me to verify my order. I tried to call them at least 20 times and the line was busy. Then one minute past five (they were supposed to be closed) I got a recording. My call had gone through but the office was closed! Fishy! So, I emailed them to cancel my order. The next day, I get another call from Dennis asking me again to verify my order. I am not going to call them again. Thus far, my card has not been charged! They didn't tell me that there was a 7-10 day wait when I purchased a phone online . I paid $18.00 for next day delivery and on the order page it never said you need to wait an additional 7-10 days for them to process the order. There is free delivery in 7-10 days. So basically they scammed me out of $18.00 for a delivery date they were supposed to give to me for free. When contacted their staff was rude and disrespectful arguing that I was basically an idiot for not understanding what wasn't written. I still have no resolution on this matter. While these were advertised at $19.95 plus shipping for two sets, we paid nearly $40 after we were encouraged to buy expedited shipping. They totally dropped the ball on this. Like a sucker, I heard about this deal to get a computer, and called the number. I spoke with a man named Patrick. In the conversation, I was told about the $99 starting fee. He assured me that nothing would be debited from my account untill I signed and returned the contract agreement. I signed up with Skyway last Nov. They represented installation service for CA. at $149. After taking payment for a year they could not come up with someone to install. I had to install on our three story house. I find the cheaper download service to be very slow. Tech support never returns calls. I am unable to upload a lot of files as they do not have the right so called ports in their system. My company Altec Computer Solutions has a pending case right now in court against Jeffrey Kodba and JSK Computers. Research it and you will find it on the web. The Missouri Attorney General is pursuing the complaint very aggressively. We urge anyone how believes they have been a victim of JSK to contact your state AG office. Whatever you do, don't buy this expensive vacuum. I had demonstrated to me at least five different kinds. The salesman assured me this was the best. (by the way, the store is out of business now) It was certainly the most expensive. I have had NOTHING but problems with it and when I finally had had it, all I asked for was one free service to fix the thing at least once more before dumping it in the Pacific. No way, they say. I bought a Casio Calculator at the Office Max Store in Crystal Lake as it was an advertised sale item. Although it was inexpensive, I always believed Casio product to be superior to other electronic equipment so I purchased one as a gift.
