I then made a complaint to Currys where I bought it from, on the 15/11/08 in the Hammersmith branch to the Manager. I was then told that I would recieve a replacement in the next four days. Ordered lamp Oct. 28th and never received the item. Had not received my Amex statement yet so I went ahead ordered another one figuring there was a mixup. I recently purchased a PANASONIC KX-TG6311S Cordless Telephone. It proved DEFECTIVE shortly after purchase. I paid almost $1800 for an Energy-Star-rated GE refrigerator, freezer-on-top model #PTS25LHSCRCC. Each time we use the refrigerator and close the door the freezer comes open. This company is a fraud and a scam. They have numerous job postings to become a Ebay E-Commerce Seller for Ideluxware Systems. I went to Radio Shack on black friday to get the new Knight Rider GPS. Did'nt see any on the shelf when I asked the clerk said they had #1 in the stockroom when he brought it out and put it on the counter to ring it up noticed the security seal had been opened. I bought an A8N32-SLI Deluxe Motherboard several months ago, made by ASUS. I assembled my own system which seemed to work fine, until I attempted to upgrade to WindowsXP SP3. Bought a Nokia 6555 as part of AT&T phone service. Piece of junk. Inside LCD cracked after about 2 months of light duty use. I only use my cell phone for emergencies, so it sits in my car or on my countertop. Opened it one day and the LCD has three cracks going across the screen looking like a chicken's foot. I am outraged at the moment. My wife and i just got a credit check done on me and I found out that I have an item reported negatively on my account for almost $300.00. This company is not straight up. Evidently they don't really own an anti-virus, anti-spyware, or anti-anything. All they have is a wrap around updating and web console. According to there help desk they lost their contract to use Panda Software's (Spain) security product which they re-gifted and now they are trying to work with a Russian company. On June 10, 2008 I have order from AVG Technologies CY Ltd and paid by VISA USD 65.94 - order no. 211193925. I have never received the AVG Backup CD for Win.
