Crooks! They are delaying my refund (floating my credit around like a Ponzi scheme). They claim its because of ebay but I did not buy through ebay I bought directly over the phone. They were quick to tell me they had the item in stock and quick to charge my card promising I would receive a tracking number within a day or two, TWO WEEKS LATER I still haven't received a tracking number and am having a terrible time trying to get my money back. I bought a LG television from Makro on 3 January 2009. On 25 January 2009, I switched my tv on and the screen went green then would not switch back on. I took the tv back to Makro Centurion for repairs, they refuse to exchange it even though it was only 22 days old. I bought the product for 49.95 for 2 years of service, repairing registry errors. It did not fix the problem because it was a virus that was causing my computer to shutdown and lockup continually. Allstate Imaging is a big scam company. The initial call is a simple "try our product. If you like it, keep it. If you don't return it". Sounds too good to be true? You're right. SOLO Communications, through Enhanced Billing Services, alleged I signed up for a fax/voicemail service when I called to inquire about the service. Even though they insisted I signed up online for the service, I assured them I did not and that obviously something fraudulent had been done in my name. The CSR immediately offered to cancel the service and refund my money(3 months of charges), but said it would take 1-2 billing cycles to see the refund. Laptop Advantage is a useless company company. The laptop that we ordered wasnt the laptop that was sent to us. The lcd screen was burnt with an image. When we called back for a refund. They insist on an exchange only. This is after owning the computer for 1 day. Also if you do get a refund they are charging a 25 percent restocking fee and wont refund any shipping money. My mother bought me a Pentax camera when she was on vacation in Florida in 192Camera and the camera came without 2 items that the box stated that came with the camera. I called 4 times and e-mailed 7 times and when I got through one of the salesman told me he had sent the items. After 2 months the camera began to fail. The pictures it took came out blurry. Recently had these guys out to my house to fix a problem w/ my dryer. They misdiagnosed the problem and will not refund the outrageous $75 service fee. In a mere three minutes at my house, the guy diagnosed a broken blower and said it'll be $400 to fix. Alternatively, I could take my receipt for my $75 service fee to Sears to just buy a new one. Cricket wireless claims to have fast wireless internet, Terrible service, a dial up service is even faster than their service, I had to wait up to 5 minutes to see my space home page, you have to reset often the page cause it's time runs out, so refreshing your page has to be done often. I am sure about it that the buyers are suffering from a post-purshased aguish. I have been a victim of LG and I purchased LG Home Cinema- DV-55. They gave me the gurantee for one year of its best working but very unforgettably I found it worst the very next day as no film was displaying on the screen and a bad quality of sound exposed the Quality of LG product to me very next day . We purchased a Bosch Dishwasher(shu43c02uc) in August 2006. Now 6 months after the warranty runs out on it the main motor is out! Bosch has the motor for $150 but was able to find it for$90 on EBay. Being the DIYers we are tried to fix it but they have changed the motor slightly and was concerned about burning up the new motor with the wiring change. A man ('John Clark') called me and mentioned my Panasonic copy machine and that they were sorry, they had forgotten to inform us of a price increase in toner. He graciously offered to let me have 2 at the old price ($349.00) and would I like them? I told him I could probably use one for now. BEWARE SCAM! I have had a very negative experience with Aeon. I would advise others to not purchase any batteries from them. PROBLEM: The battery I purchased failed instantly after just under two months of use. They offered to replace it, but gave me a non-existent shipping address. By the time I shipped, wait for it to return to sender, then re-shipped, it was over 4 months before I finally received the replacement.
