I have just experienced the worst customer service experience ever with Max Assurance (National Electronic), Office Max’s partner which is supposed to process their service contracts. Nigerian Scammers! They are working together in the UK and there Nigerian place of business. They will keep coming up with excuses for you to send more money, and finally when you think that's the last of it...they tell you they didn't receive it or it was sent to someone else. I actually worked for these jokers for two weeks. They are trying to charge nearly triple the listed price of the vacuum. There is a basic price printed on the box which the salespeople are told to not let you see, lest you rightfully demand that lower price. On february 16th of this year, I purchased an I-Star TC-1U40 power supply from Circotech.com (aka. Eramax Corporation). When the unit arrived, I noticed the unit was wired incorrectly. I have tried to contact Slingshot Communication, Inc. by email and phone. They never answer their phones or email. I have a wireless modem from them that can be "recharged" with a credit card for more airtime. Their online credit card "recharge" system doesn't work. I cannot even open it because when I try to open it, it says "subcribe to packet data first".
