Sunshine Electronics - NIkon D90
October 30, 2008
First of all, I wish I would?ve read the rip-off before the transaction was made with Sunshine Electronics. I?m a potential buyer and also an amateur ebayer. I had browsed around ebay looking for a mid-range professional camera. And noticed DSN had a nice bundle for a desent price. I asked the seller a couple of questions about the item and a few others regarding shipping and payment methods. Costumer Service ?seemed? very nice. I looked thru the top feedback left and everything seemed fine, they had a respectable percentage of positive... read full review »

Strauss Photo-Technical Service Inc.
October 30, 2008
Strauss Photo Technical Service (SPTS) took for repair my stereo system (AIWA CX-NDS8U) in the middle of June 2006. The output to speakers didn't work, but I could use my headphones and it sounded pretty good. So I paid for diagnostics and Strauss technician promised to get it repaired in two-three weeks. I called them in two weeks and was told that they were waiting for parts. In a few more weeks they said that need to get schemata from the vendor. Next time they were waiting for PC Dolby board. By the end of August the receptionist... read full review »

ALICE JOHNSON
October 30, 2008
I mailed the rebate form plus the box end with codes as directed and a copy of my order confirmation for a new phone service but did not get my rebate. I have been in contact with AT&T online but they say the did not receive it. I has been since July 2008 they said it takes at least 8 weeks. Now it is OCtober 30, 2008. They were suppose to send the rebate promo card. I have always had trouble with AT&T and their rebates. It takes several phone calls just to get the correct form. Then all that and nothing. read full review »

JVC GZ-MG330R
October 30, 2008
Beware! Although I read the complaints on this site, I decided to give a try for myself to make sure. I saw a JVC GZ-MG330R hard disk camcorder advertised on CameraAddict's site for $261. I then called them to verify that 1. It was a USA market camera 2. It came with all the factory supplied accessories and 3. There were no additional shipping/handling charges. The customer service rep assured me that everything was fine. After thinking it over for a couple hours I placed my order through their website. Later that day, a Camera Addict... read full review »

SupportPlus
October 29, 2008
I only had the SupportPlus Ellipse 1GB portable MP3 player for a week, and I couldn't get it to work so I took it back. The main problem seemed to be the completely useless instructions which gave no clue as to how to use the thing. I'm no technophobe, and quite happy to work things out normally, but this nearly got thrown in the fire. After a couple of hours I managed to work out how to download music but that wouldn't play, even old stuff originally copied from a CD. Because of the useless instructions, and despite trying relentlessly, I never managed to copy from a Hi-Fi, which is supposed to be one of it's main advantages. read full review »

MPIO
October 29, 2008
I bought my MPIO HD300 a little over two months ago and have had it replaced twice. It works brilliantly for the first couple of weeks then you start to get problems with it changing the repeat setting then eventually it freezes on the start up screen and you can do nothing with it apart from push the reset button to switch it off. I downloaded the upgraded software for it but could not get it to load on to the player (neither could the technical dept at the company I bought it from). They told me that nearly everyone they had dispatched had... read full review »

Dualit
October 29, 2008
The Dualit 84036 Coffee Maker is in my opinion the worst thing anyone could possible buy to make coffee. It's hard to use, hard to clean and expensive. A cheap filter machine will produce FAR FAR better results, it definitely has done for me. read full review »

Saeco
October 29, 2008
I recently purchased a Saeco Royal Coffee Bar from Ira Wood & Sons, Inc. The first machine was broken from the moment I opened the box and I immediately contacted Ira Wood for a replacement. The replacement finally came and it kind of worked for 2 weeks and then broke completely. I contacted Ira Wood and after almost a month of waiting they told me I would have to deal with Saeco. I contacted the manufacturer as instructed and have received NO help from Saeco. They are completely ignoring all of my phone calls and e-mails. This $1400 espresso machine is now serving as a paperweight on my kitchen counter.c read full review »

Intel Corporation
October 29, 2008
I purchased a processor on August 15 2008. I used it for approximately 2 months before it had a failure. I contacted Intel customer support, where after wasting my time for approximately 30 minutes, the technician told me my product was OEM and not eligible for warranty. I purchased a product in a retail box (FACTORY SEALED with tamper evident tape). The web site I purchased it from is a long-time reliable retailer, and my order shows retail as does the product page. It is physically impossible for someone to replace a processor in a... read full review »

Steam Buddy
October 29, 2008
I clicked on this offer through e-miles promotion and thought it seemed like a good deal. When I got to the end I realized that the shipping charges were exorbitant and found no place to cancel my order or remove items from the shopping cart. So, I closed the window. I realized today that I was still charged for the item. I also found others in the same boat. I've contacted my credit card company to report the fraud. read full review »

Data Processors
October 29, 2008
I first paid data processors 24.95 to enroll in their program and then i was sent a new website to evaluate each new day and was to be paid ten dollars for each evaluation. After the first 60 days i was to receive payment for the first 30 days and be paid every 30 days after. however after the first 60 days i was asked to become a gold member. I said yes and no payment ever came and i found that i could not contact this org. Yet new assignments came via email every day. I finally quit when they owed me 800.00 dollars assuming this could go on forever. I have never received a dime for my efforts. read full review »

Bryan Lee of Liablelimited tried to convinced me on selling his mobile phone. Though i checked his confirmation on any obvious unrelevant trading policy on his company, he can convinced me very well. I ordered a steam mop on 9/20/08 at a cost of $104.90, which was charged to my card immediately instead of on the ship date, and I still haven't received it. I was e-mailed one time to say it was back ordered, but haven't heard a word since. I went to the web site and they are still advertising it like they actually will sell them. Lenovo N100 notebook PC
October 28, 2008
Office Depot extended warranty on computers is a scam. When they sold me a 2-year extended warranty, they specifically told me that it runs after the 1 year warranty from Lenovo, thus making it a total of 3 years. The laptop failed to charge 1 month after 2 years, and now the warranty company will not honor the claim, saying that it is only for 2 years. Now I realize why they would not put down the actual expiration date on the receipt - to make it vague so they can say 3 years, when in fact it is only for 2 years. Save your money and... read full review »

October 28, 2008
Gurus2Go sent a Tech consultant to my home office to do 3 things - fix my outlook, add a security password to my wireless router from comcast and set up my mulit-use printer and scanner to actually scan. I run a home business and the only tech they had could come on Saturdays because he had another job during the week. Sony Ericsson X1
October 28, 2008
This PDA has everything but it just doesn't seem to gel. From the dreadful keyboard to the motorola styled bendy screen. I have windows 6.1 on my Omnia which is fast and reliable but on the X1 it's sluggish and stalls, in fact the whole thing shut down on me twice! the Apps for the phone are appalling(windows apps fine) camera dreadful for a PDA of this price. Music OK. I use windows office a lot and send many Emails but i wouldn't be doing on this piece of kit i only got 9 hours of moderate use out of it before i needed to recharge, i know PDA's are heavy on battery life but 9 hours is shocking. read full review »

Spice S909
October 28, 2008
Spice s909 is the worst mobile that can be found in spice. I will quote an example here of how bad I found it:-I've bought my Spice S909 2 months back. In it's listed features it stated it would have an expandable memory of 2gb. But after you insert a 2gb card, it gives you a space of 1gb(959mb) only. After, when i contacted the service center, they said it is a memory card problem. But when i inserted the same memory card in other mobiles it showed 2gb(1.87gb). Then I tried other memory cards in my mobile, still it showed 953mb... read full review »

Nokia 6124
October 28, 2008
Texting was a total nightmare, had the options, of font size and the large is smaller than what I am typing, I have good eye sight and honestly could not read texts, and as for writing them you need binoculars, writing is so so tiny. Your contacts, you can only have the name, NOT name and number together like all other Nokia's I have had, takes ages to find number as everything on this phone is a page within a page, then you forget how you changed what you did, worst phone ever. read full review »

Telsda
October 28, 2008
I bought a Telsda T915 around 8 months ago. It was because it has dual sim function (can active both sims at the same time). So I don't need to being 2 phones on business trip. However, the battery life is extreme short, on a "busy day" it can last only for half day when 2 sims are activated. Worse of all, I found the battery started to swell up recently. read full review »

BenQ
October 28, 2008
Cannot believe I wasted £800 on this BenQ Joybook 5000U. Have tried everything to get it to work on various wireless connections yet still keeps dropping connection all the time. I have got so frustrated with it that I have emailed Benq via their website only to find that after 6 weeks there is still no reply from them. All I can say is that their customer support is appalling too. Am planning on chucking it out of the window when I have replaced with another, better laptop! DO NOT, I repeat do not buy a Benq Joybook as you will be sorely disappointed! read full review »
