This company believes that their employees with 14 years of experience is only worth 7.50 an hour. They don't pay you holiday pay (time and a half) like other companies do and they don't tell you until after you have worked the holidays. When they promote you, they overwork you for the little extra money they do pay you. I order service in August of this year and had no problems until yesterday. Apparently I was being billed by a "third party" DirectPath for satellite service. Have been Starhub subscriber for many years. Noticed that the Tamil channels provides untasteful list of programmes daily. 3 Channels which all mainly runs the India based serials with very repeated few movies distastefully selected. The programmes are repeated over and over a hundred times over many months. Its an insult to the time we spend to watch them not to mention the money paid for these channels monthly. A 3 licence commercial was purchased for £59.99 for an internet download. This was not able to be activated on no.2 or 3 computer. Kaspersky was immediately e-mailed and the reply was for me to photograph the screen, scan and sent to Kaspersky. The problem was that my main PC was now unusable. They advertise the software as a recovery tool to Export an Exchange EDB to PST. It does nothing of the sort, in fact, after having chatted with their support they claimed it needed Windows 7 32bit with Outlook. I went out of my way to create a virtual environment that satisfies the software requirements, 10 hours of setup and file transfer, I ended up with the same results. This is not an enterprise grade software, and their support is certainly not friendly enough to make it anyone's worth while. True Switch a joke and I suggest you beware of paying the fee to use the software. I have tried for 2 weeks to contact them to help me use the product to move emails from one yahoo account to another yahoo account. They have no phone number and just an email address for you to respond to. They have yet to get back with me or even call me when I gave them my number. While playing online, the game freezes. This has happened to me approximately 3 times a week, I play the game about 5 time a week for about 3-4 hours at a time. I think they are the pits. There is no way to contact them except through the email address, and they never acknowledge or answer them.
