So placed an order online for a new subscription of National Geographic magazines back in August of 2010 for $15. First issue was suppose to arrive in the first week of October 2010. I had downloaded an earlier version of FF and installed, when an update that I had done started messing up a lot of things -- just to simplify my life. Repeated messages are not answered when addressed to the given e-mail address to this company to report discs with inaccessible material and about a 100% failure rate in playing episodes on the discs. The discs are like an old time phonograph broken record playing the same spot over and over. In the case of the discs episode play freezes and cannot be continued unless one could lift the lazer beam and shift it to a new location.
