Noticed on my bank statment dated 5/23 that I was charged 4/26 on my debit card a fraudulent charge for the amount of $72.00. Called mag rewards 888-293-4018 and told them of the charge for magazines i never ordered. They gave me a Cancellation #97003 on 5/26. They told me that the order was filled out in a Montage Furniture Store (not sure of the spelling) and I have never heard of the store. This company is a one man show. I urge you to stay away and keep your money. We ran on this software for about 4 years and had problem after problem after problem. The programmer, Chris, was, frankly, a half-ass. Whenever he "fixed" something, it was a "workaround" or a "temporary fix", which would just lead to more problems. On the evening 19th June 2011 i ordered two drinks at the bar and gave a ten pound note and 30p change as the order was 5pounds 30 pence. My daughter had placed her order through the Drive through which included a Vanilla Thickshake, which she usually enjoys. The thickshakes are usually great, thick, icy and extremely hard to get through the straw. A great Macdonald thickshake. I bought a 3D LG LED 47 inch last month and it stopped working just after 10 min of delivery. Then I called up the call center and after providing them all my details, they finally logged my call. Once you sign a contract with Bookmasters they won't let you cancel the contract even though there is a 30 day clause. I have tried 2 times to cancel the contract, 1st by e-mail and 2nd by mail and they continue to bill me monthly and threaten me with a collection agency if I don't pay.
