If you look on there website here http://www.panicosrestaurant.com/ they list a Prix Fixe menu. When we went in to eat we were told that a Prix Fixe menu does not occur at this restaurant. I saw a movie 5/29/10……… The movie was Letters to Juliet. The 1:10 showing. During the movie I heard constant laughing. It was really rude and it wasn’t even during the funny parts. On top of that someone’s phone was ringing during the movie. Also on top of all of that people were taking pictures and videotaping parts of the movie on their cell phones. I went to Pizza hut’s new outlet at Clifton Boat Basin yesterday and came across one of the staff members who behaved very rudely during an argument over a billing issue. I haven’t come across such impolite behavior towards a customer in any local eatery, let alone at an esteemed multinational restaurant such as Pizza Hut. When I lodged a complaint at Pizza Hut’s UAN number, I was redirected to the same branch’s restaurant manager who glossed over the incident without even apologizing or trying to locate the responsible staffer. Delta Magazine Subscriptions is not an honorable or reputable business. I paid $40.00 for magazine subscriptions April 2009; that I have never received. The woman, Judy, at the drive-thru window consistently offers me two options of drink size when I order a combo meal, medium or large. After placing a combo meal order, she will ask me what flavor of drink. After I tell her, she will ask me, "Medium or large?". Had a problem with a promotion at Foxwoods. Simply went there and was not allowed to use the promotion. Complained at a later date and spoke to several employees. One employee suggested I speak to another. It turns out since I am not a valued customer with limited points etc. I would not be eligible for anything but what I earned should I used the promotion. I used this promotion that I was not allowed to use at a later date. I wanted something more for the fact I drove an hour and one half each way to use this promotion. Company is $53 just to look at your set (non-refundable). This is much higher than most TV repair shops which charge about $29 for a diagnostic fee. I called up after I dropped off my TV to find out about the status, and left two messages, both of them unreturned. My mom took a thumb drive to a drugstore that shall remain nameless until I can be sure the virus came from there, but she brought the drive home and it immediately crashed her computer. I watched a fully updated copy of Free AVG scan the infection "windo.exe" and do nothing. I installed another free product from antivir.com and it removed all the infections. I just received the complete series of THE VIRGINIAN. The dvds are terrible. The video quality is outrageous. The dvds were obviously pirated off of a tv screen. They are completely unwatchable. Moreover, althoughI I was charged in U.S. dollars, I was charged a transaction fee on my credit card.. The package was shipped from China. Customer service is not responsive. Product must run via CD. If the CD gets damaged, even though you already paid for the program, you have to pay another $50.00 to get a replacement CD. I have never had a program that runs on a disc that either could be installed on a drive for usage, or could be easily replaced at little to no cost. I received an email saying that I need to renew my Norton antivirus. I did not realize at the time that I have another antivirus already installed I ordered the Norton Antivirus on Feb. 21, 2010 and was charged 59.99 on my Discover credit card. When I discovered that I did not need it, I canceled the order but have not received a credit on my Discover card. I recently moved from one house to another in The Brickshire Community located in New Kent County, VA. The day after the move, we had Cox connect us but the TV that worked perfectly the day before now has a large black blob on the lower left hand corner of the screen. We signed up for the Dish Network contract for 24 mos. We made a move and called them to have the one free move to set up our satellite. The tec came out and told my husband he would have to cut a tree down and trim another for the Dish line of sight.
