For the past week I had a problem with the DirecTV receiver/recorder DVR box which had not been solved. This continued after repeated calls to tech support who troubleshooted over the phone. Their program is always running because it is used to do grammar checks in Word and Outlook. Often, when I open Internet Explorer, an advertising popup displays to buy more of their products.
