I went into this deli because of all the great things i had heard. The old man working the counter (harold white) was terrible!! He made a rude comment and smells like a bottle of RUM!! I was shocked when i later found out he was the owner! I couldn't believe the lack of service the young kid provided as well!!! Several Direct TV sales people promised we would be given the $21 rebate. Direct TV is only giving us a $10 rebate. Direct TV customer service staff claims that since our rebate was submitted while we had the Spanish package, and submitted by mail, and not over the internet, we only get the $10 rebate. In July 2009, I ordered the complete collection of 50 States Coin Bears, with the understanding that shipment would begin after the 2nd payment. Todate five payments of $72.83 have been charged to my credit card and I have yet to receive any shipment of bears. Numerous attempts to contact the company have been unsuccessful. The phone number is either busy or I have waited up to 30 minutes only to be disconnected. This certainly is not a company that I would do business with in the future. I purchased a book for my husband for Christmas. He received two copies of the same book and I tried to return my copy yesterday [Jan 1 2010] at this WalMart store. When I tried to use VISA gift card it was declined so I ended up putting the whole balance on another card.
