This place was one of the worst places I have ever been to. I was going to the IMAX movie and had some time to kill. It was two friends and myself we walked in got a table, it was not busy at all. After running this way for over a year, Webroot decides to revoke my subscription/keycode so I can no longer receive virus definitio updates. Do not purchase this software. You WILL get ripped off. You download this software and it doesn't work at all. I had a pop up from my antivirus software warning me it was a very dangerous download. We heard that the roasted chicken was "too die for" great. As it turned out, the roasted chicken was dried and overcooked. Even a day old chicken from El Pollo Loco would be a better bet. I Visted the Ago's restaurant owned by Robert Dinero in Los Angeles for our Honeymoon in January 2007. The service was very poor. I visited my brother in louisville, ky and we went to pf changs in louisville and we never got after waiting nearly 2 hours. The customer sevice was horrible. They just forgot about us and there was attempt to let us know hou much longer it was going to take to get in. nothing was said. They did not even offer us anything to drink. The food here is just ok. We went when they fist opened and thought that it was just average. We decided to try them again since we live in the neighborhood and still the food was just ok. I ordered one of their specialty drinks and substituted Ketel One vodka instead of Cachaça and they added two dollars to the price of the drink. It was thirteen dollars. At the start of the summer i signed up with IO digital cable. What a nightmare. Like a seinfeld episode i had to drive out to the house to meet the cable guy. He did not show up within his 4 hour window and finally after waiting all day i went out to get something which is when the guy apparently chose to arrive. fully 2 hours after the window closed. My Name is Manda, I am deaf and require subtitles on dvds to be able to watch it. My favorite dvds is LAW & ORDER SVU.. However they dont have subtitles on ANY of the dvds which i am extremely angry about. Deaf people are clearly disadvantaged and not equal on this case. Cox is perhaps the worst in the industry when it comes to billing. I signed up for cable/internet/phone services. After 3 weeks of problems with the cable, I get a disconnect notice in the mail for non-payment (really, it was 3 weeks). I called and was told that they had sent a bill (which I had not received) so I paid over the phone. The same thing happened the following month. And the 3rd month. When I spoke to customer service I was told that they were sending the bill via email, but the rep could not give me the email address that the bill was being sent to as it was confidential. I upgraded MS Office 2007 SBE to the Pro version. Paid £101.80 which included Licence Lock Box and Back Up Disk. At time of order I tried to print out an invoice but it seemed mandatory to have a Hotmail account. I had there subscription service, but will not be renewing. I have called multiple numbers, but I cannot seem to ever be able to get ahold of anyone. When you call for missed papers, you get a bust number that is never unbusy, no answer, or a person saying they will get it delivered and it never is. When you call for billing, you either get transfered to a dead line or have to leave a message on an answering machine and never get a return call. Hi, I am a Dj who was contacted by "A Solid Gold Sound" to perform at 2 wedding receptions during Summer 2009. They contated me 3 days prior to the first date (July 18, 2009) and said their Dj was unable to travel to Syracuse because he thought the event was in Rochester, NY. Today, 11/27/2009, we purchased tickets online for "The Blind Side" viewing of the movie of 8:20 PM at AMC Theater Firewheel in Garland Texas. We purchased our tickets at 11:14 AM. I am so disappointed at XM and Siruis satellite radio for taking a great funny radio station off the their channel line up.
