I recieved an email on 2/18/09 stating that I had sent the wrong textbook in for a buyback. I tried calling the return desk on Friday 2/20/09, to which I left a message with no reply. I purchased software over internet received via downlown at 6:15 PM Feb 20, 2009. I tried the software claiming you could get DTV channels on your computer. Well most of the channels are overseas channels and the very few that are USA channels are college broadcast stations. Never have I been treated so rudely at a restaurant, and I'm almost forty years old. Pizzeria Bianco in Phoenix is said to be a great place to dine, but the hostess at the door ( a neurotic twenty-something year old) will make you want to run for the hills. On 1/11/09 I purchased online what was advertised as a brand new DVD set of "The Practice". What I received were homemade DVD's taped off the cable channel FX. Not only that, at least 2 episodes on each disc were unwatchable-I suspect they were taped off digital cable. Brent Fair sold tickets for TAPSCON 2009 while in dispute with the hotel he was having the event at. We bought a washer and dryer, Frigidaire, that they recommended and both are total pieces of garbage. Both have been repaired many times and still work marginally at best. I just had a horrible experience with the Carnival cruise lines (Elation). We had a party of 32 people. Departed Sunday 2/15/09 at 5:30 pm. I was impressed with the room setting. I was having issues with my PC and found a software called Tweak Vista. Well when I saw that you had to use their downloader "Impulse" I should have stopped there. Tweak Vista cost me $19.99 and after using as instructed my PC booted to more errors than pre Tweak Vista.
