There are way too many immigrants that cannot speak or understand english in these jobs. The order takers have very thick accents and cannot be understood over the speaker when driving through the drive-up. This is how bad the pros are. They claim to have DJs all over the country but actually just sub contract out to people with no experience. further more I chatted on line to a bride to be who claimed to work for the Pros DJ service. They have no idea how to provide a quality Disc Jockey service. Do not hire the pros. After returning a DVDPlay to a Red Box kiosk by mistake and discovering the problem with extra charges for a dvd that I didn't have in my possesion, I was furious that a Red Box machine just took my DVD even though it knew it was not a Red Box DVD. I too fell for the Comcast $200 in grocery scam. Not only that you have to purchase $100 in groceries per month prior to receiving your purchase and they now want $1.95 processing fee and a copy of your drivers license to register if you complete it on line and $10 if you use the mail in option. I called AT & T early this year as I wanted to switch from Comcast to AT&T U-verse.
