Roger's Video told me I could return a video game accessory if unopened. I was buying it as a gift and was not sure if the recipient already had one. When I tried to return it, they would only exchange it for the exact same item. To make it worse, they told me to come back in a week when the manager was in. Yikes. I've been a loyal and happy customer for many years, but they really (REALLY) bungled a recent shipment. Rather than boring you with all the detail, let me just suggest that if you use them, be sure to check the package-tracking website repeatedly to ensure that shipments really HAVE been shipped -- it seems that their shipment notification emails are by no means accurate. The funny (but not really) thing is that this would have been a very easy problem to fix, had it not been for further ineptitude in their response (i.e., ignoring repeated follow-up emails). Ugh. I bought a subscription on Ebay from Superior Subscriptions. I waited the 9 to 12 weeks they said it would take for my subscription to start, but now it has been 15 weeks and nothing. They took my money, or should I say stole my money. I paid for this through Paypal. I filed a complaint with them but they wouldn't do anything. This *** me off. I ordered several TV series on DVD. The discs do not play... in some cases, my DVd player gives the message 'bad disc'. In all the other cases, after twenty minutes playing, the discs will not play, or become pixilated and will play no further. I reserved bottle service for a night out with my friends on my credit card. I told them many times that we will be paying cash. What a place. My family and I sat down to eat on 4th of July Weekend and totally got ignores. There is absolutely no sense thinking you are going to get lucky at Twin Swamp. Just like they loosened up those machines when they opened the new room last year, they have tightened them down as much as they can to try to "stay open." The place will never close as it brings in a ton of cash. The state is far too greedy at 61% of the take and the real cause for "failure". Hello, I recently ordered a dvd from Store4.com on 1st June 2008. The company took the payment of £14.95 GBP from my bank account on 3rd June 2008. It is now 7th July 2008 and I still haven't received my dvd. I have tried to contact the company but they do not have a telephone number! Apparently Macaroni Grill has decided to save money on their dishwashing because the silverware, glasses and plates are being used so dirty that you can actually see old dried food on them. I complained to the manager and was told that since most people don't look that carefully and hence don't notice, he "did not see a problem." Kids and stopped to dine in at Zaxby's Restaurant in Montgomery, AL. I ordered a Chicken Salad. I felled something unusual in my mouth. You wouldn't believe it was a flat toothpick, very soft. My 16 year old daughter bought a dress at Cache and used her visa debit card. All of a sudden we started receiving an US magazine. We went down to the store and told them to stop this right away. They said it would be taken care of. We just got back from my son’s Make A Wish trip to Disney World and it was a disaster. Due to poor planning he never got to fulfil his wish. He spent the majority his 5 days in Orlando at the villa hunting for lizards and blowing bubbles. On the few occasions we did manage to get him out - nobody honoured his tee shirt or badge. I have not found the spyhunter program to be particularly useful. At one point I was prompted to pay and had already paid but thought that it had not been recorded. It took a very long time to turn this around. I cannot use this program. It is always prompting me to register and to pay again. I bought a 26" LCD Tv on black Friday of 2007. I followed the instructions and sent in for the rebate. I received a letter back stating that I did not mail in a copy of the invoice.
