Hello. This has been going on for 3 years with a company who came in and resurfaced my driveway. After my block party everyone sunked into my driveway they came back and sealed it. The next year everyone sunk in again. Affatato Paving came back and resurfaced again. It was a horrible job, then I had water leaking into my garage, dips and holes all over my driveway, a nail stinking out of it. I recently ordered a 2-4 foot tree from Fast Growing Trees.com. When I received my receipt it indicated 2-3 weeks for delivery. This was not acceptable so I attempted to cancel my order. That is when they told me I would be charged $10 even though the order status was still "backorder filled" and "order received". I immediately began to research this company and found the list of grievenaces people have filed so I added my own. I ordered the service from this company in 2008 and I paid their service charge fully. But this year{2009} i did not order them to provide their service and without my consent and without my knowledge their man came and sprayed on my lawn . We were sold on 2/15/09 what we believed was a new King size Sealy Back Saver Peach Springs Mattress Set. Sale handled entirely by store manager Lawrence Gibson. Delivery was arranged and promptly completed. Upon delivery nothing unusual found. We have a Sears Kenmore SELECT CLEAN Self-Cleaning Electric Range purchased in 2000. Our 14 year old daughter was baking with my supervision. I purchased coverage on my refrigerator, scheduled an appointment for a repair and service technician did not show up. The service person was suppose to call me the day of the appointment and arrive between the hours of 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. We complained to the company and to the State of Florida without an improvement in excessive fuel charges. We try to conserve energy to save our budget, but we are monthly strapped with a fuel charge that exceeds our energy charge. When gasoline was $4 a gallon the charge began, but now that gasoline is about $2 a gallon, the charge did not go away. Do not buy furniture from City Furniture it is very dangerous you almost got seriously injured when the springs underneath the couch were not properly supported and collapsed causing you do fall threw the couch the springs popped threw underneath the fabric of the couch and they don't care because it's passed warranty. We bought a Sealy Wysteria Lane mattress in January of this year (2009) from Mattress Discounters. We were having problems with it dipping in the middle so we contacted Mattress Discounters in May and they arranged to exchange it for a new one. We have had the new mattress now for less than a month and it's doing the same thing, dipping in the middle. I purchased a Yardworks 100' mesh reinforced self-straightening PVC Hose from Canadian Tire. I spent extra money on this product because it is not supposed to kink. This is positively the worst hose that I have ever purchased. It continally kinks - even the cheaper hoses that I have do not do this. Unfortunately I did not keep my receipt or I would have returned the product in a heart-beat. Ken Bernard, the owner of Exterior Impressions, LLC came to my house, looked at my roof and gave me a quote to reroof the house. He came back with a contract, we both signed it, I gave him a cash deposit to lock in a start date and I never heard from him again. I am very very new in using Forwarder service. Most of my stuff are sent through courier services. The Troy Built Hedge Trimmer Attachment Model TBAH was poorly designed and failed after the third time it was used. The design engineers failed to put any radius in the housing casting which created a shear point and almost guarantee of failure. I expected to be able to trim my hedges more than three times prior to a failure. Since my hedges only get trimmed twice a year I have been left out to dry. Our washer has leaked three times in the past two years causing extensive water damage to our finisher basement. We were told that the filter had to be cleaned regularly but fter doing that we still have problems. The solution is that our warrantee is over and we are out of luck! BEWARE - New Roof installation: QRF refused to provide me with an estimate or quote to perform a roof repair. Further, I was forced to sign an open ended contract at the unreasonable rate of $88/hr per person to perform a roof repair, otherwise QRF would not perform the repair or honor their roof warranty. William Kohl owns a property that i rented. He refuses to give me my security deposit citing damages that I did not cause and damages that never occurred! He is a liar and deceitful person. He is deliberately lying to keep my money saying things were 'pulled' off the walls which never happened. My rent was paid for two years on time and I kept his property immaculate. He is trying to make me responsible for ceiling stains and carpet cleaning which is his job as a landlord. This store's product is AWFUL! We went with the Steinway Cherry laminate Artisan Flooring because it appeared to be beautiful and durable. How wrong we were! I hired Signature Pools to refurbish my pool last summer. Besides failing to live up to the terms of the contract, Signature Pools refuses to stand behind there work. Part of the contracted work was to repair/resurface all the concrete coping/patio around the pool. Richard Montini and son were contracted to do a $263, 000 backyard project. Having done less than half the work they needed more money and we generously gave them $205, 000 to complete the job before the frost set in. After receiving the money they never returned to the job. We later found out they lied to us and never filed for a permit. The township shut the job down until I paid over $16, 000 in engineer and architect fees. My wife and I just had Atlantic Remodeling install new windows in our home, and to be honest we don't really have anything to complain about. The workers couldn't have been more courteous and they left our home spotless when the work was done. Our biggest complaint about other contractors we used in the past was their lack of professionalism, but that was never an issue with Atlantic. Great experience from start to finish. Emergency electricians are a rip off, beware. A call out ends in financial overcharging as the electrician firstly replaces parts that are not faulty, secondly charges almost R600 for a part that retails for less than R100 at the local hardware. When complaining to the "call out company", the response is that the call-out electricians can charge whatever they want (and apparently this is law???) I am a disabled person. PSE&G mailed me in May 2009 an OVERINFLATED bill via US mail. They falsely claim that my home electric usage in April 2009 was 5223 kwh and in May 2009 was 5212 kwh. 5, 000 kwh is typically the usage of a building with 15-20 houses (I only live in one). I can't cancel AMP. I try. For us before we sign up for the system the guy told us that we had 6 month to try the system to see if we like it or not, if within the 6 month period we don't like it then we could cancel it.
