Our mattress has deeper than normal body depressions after only 1 year. It has been inspected by Mattress World and declined because we didn't buy the matching box spring. We were told by Mattress World at the time of purchase that our box spring was fine and "Would not void the warranty!". I have ordered my furniture from DESI in Rockville in August (now it's mid October), and I still didn't get it - it was supposed to be rushed order because they didn't have colors we originally requested. bought a international bedding mattress from them for 500 dollers and found the seams on the mattress ripped in places and coming apart in other places. 10 days latter, they replaced this defective mattress with a new one that I found on delivery also had tears in the seams and lose treading on other parts of the seams. When I switched to amerigas at a very small cottage I was renting they replaced my 150 gallon tank with a 500 gallon tank. I told there driver this was way more gas than I usually get but he set the tank anyway. There is no doubt that the valves on the tank were leaking gas, the odor is unmistakable, I reported leaks and they were never fixed. The chairs we received were NOT what were described in the pamphlet, and then they gave us grief when we tried to return the whole set. I wanted to share the experience I had with the Kenmore washer I purchased at Sears. If this makes even one person think twice about their purchase, it's time well spent. I bought a recliner/rocker in April. I did not get the right chair. I could not get back into the store until the 1st part of June. At that time I was told it was to late. I should have come in within 30 days. This really is not right. I should have been given the right chair in the first place. What is even more disturbing, however, is that our alarm has been going off in the middle of the night.
