The products sold are cheap and this one didn't work but where they really get you is the postage. Anything you buy connected to the product is an "up grade" but you have to pay postage on each piece. My wife bought a drill and attachment that dig up ground for you to plant bulbs. The manager simply DOES NOT backup his policy of honoring the lowest price quote. He will state that your quote is unsubstantiated and that his price is lowest. I have a similar problem (as Collin) with my Rheem Model 21VR75N 75 gallon Water Heater. In my case the water heater (WH) leaked towards the back of the unit so I didn't see that the leak soaked into the house/garage. About 6 months after I had replacement windows installed, I noticed the caulk across the bottom of the windows was turning brown. I called the owner to come out and look. It was always too late for her to come, she was on the other side of town, etc. Finally, I told her it made no difference how late as I have outside lights. I bought a new Maytag gas range with dual ovens in 2004. It workedfine until this year. In June the broiler stopped working. I have THREE Ativa CX10W shredders and two of them are nothing more than JUNK. I would not recommend this brand to anyone or any business. We spend more time unclogging them than shredding.
