My elderly mother and father recently purchased a Basic Black Dishwasher from KMART under the Kenmore Brand. It was not cleaning their dishes even when they rinsed the dishes before placing them in the dishwasher. My stove stopped working on 10/23/2008. On 10/24/2008 somewhere between 9:18 am and 9:38 am I called and placed a service request. When the representative told me they would not be out until 10/27/2008, I advised her that this was unacceptable as per the apartment contract as long as I called before 10 am they had to come out that day. I had pruchased the Martha Stewart Bloomington Collection from K-Mart. I had to make the purchase in 2 different stores because they did not have the entire collection. I bought the umbrella base that they showed with the collection. About two months ago these people came to my house and showed me and my wife some samples of material that they were going to install on my bathtub. New roof not done right, left nail POP nine years never a problem after new roof from Teeter's water leak from one (1) nail. Roofer (Rod) came out took picture of nail in attic tried to pull down and was unable. Dwyer has been servicing my HVAC for the past 2 yrs. At first they proved to be reliable until recently. My fan continued to blow and would not turn off. I have an American Standard Americast double deep sink. It is chipping and scratching and I was told that this would not happen. That news sounded so good since I had metal sinks that did scratch and looked so bad, so I fell for the feature of the sinks, --hook, line and sinker and now I have the same problems with the porcelein sinks that I previously had with the metal sinks!
