Purchased home in July '08. Was told 76 gallons of propane in the tank was included in this sale. Suburban filled this tank in August, 2008, 33 gallons. I was billed for the 76 gallons in the tank in August. I was then billed for the 33 gallons in September. The August bill was for 76 gallons. We had our pool installed in 2005. I agree. The Big push, their financing was almost instant, getting pool put in, was not. Although we didn't have to wait years. We signed in May, the pool was finished the 1st part of October. Of course we couldn't use it until the next year. I was having a heat check on 10/14/08 and was told I needed a new furnace and a/c unit for a cost of $5100. I asked why I would need a new a/c and was told it was all part of the unit.
