We hired Window World of St. Louis to remove and install 13 windows. First they showed up 4 hours late, then rushed to get the job done while it rained outside. They kicked out the old windows, not putting drop cloths down inside. In our spare bedroom, they did put a drop cloth down, but managed to severely scrape our newly-finished hardwood floor. I have 2nd $1300 pillow top serta king mattress within 1 year. Both formed sinkholes on both sides. Wake up with sore backs. What junk. I am going for my money back or exchange for a good old plain firm mattress. Probably will end up putting this out to the curb, and write it off as a loss. 2 months ago I bought an entertainment center from linders furniture which cost $1, 565.85 I was happy at first with the product but then this is what happened. Last fall, they put in 2 skylight in our sun room. They leaked during winter. Superior came and said problem was in trying to join one layer of shingle to two. We were referred to this company through the christian radio station 99.3 KLTY so we thought is would be safe. Scott Lathe of Gasfix was asked to supply a quotation to fix my pool heater. When the cost was about $1300.00 I told him I would need to get a second quote, This is just good business. I told him I would pay for the service call if I did not use his services. He returned the next day and removed the heater. He was charge by Hamilton Regional Police and they told me he has done this in the past. I am sueing him in small claims court. After less than 2 years, deep depressions on both sides of a pillowtop king size sealy posterpedic mattress. We were never advised this mattress must be turned atleast once a WEEK!!! I have booked a flat in Nitishree housing, NH-24, Ghaziabad (UP), Due to some reason company was not able to start the construction work. So we have demand to refund the money which they have taken during booking. The amount was 3.50 lacs. After many discussion they have refunded the money after 9 months and deduct 10% amount. Several months ag0, I ordered impact windows from Elite Screen Co. After 6 months, I still have not received them. I now find out the company does not have any money to buy the windows to be installed. They cannot supply the windows unless I send them money in advance and then they still cannot guarantee delivery. I had sheet vinyl flooring installed in a kitchen/dining area/hallway and bathroom. Because it was several rooms and to avoid more than one seam, the flooring (materials and labor) was $3000. Maytag has come out several times to replace an auto damper 6-8 times in my New refrigerator bought in 2006 and now refuse to fix it any further. They say noise is not a reason to fix it as the unit as still works, yet they fixed it in the past. Maytag extended warranty is not worth the money or the paper it is printed on. Even trying to work with the store, Maytag and contacting the BBB is still have to listen to this loud and noisy refrigerator. I have had this dishwasher for slightly over a year. The latch started popping open intermittently a few months ago. I was told by the authorized warranty repair company that there is a re-designed strike and door latch available. Obviously the design of the original latch has been recognized by Whirlpool as being inadequate. Made a complaint about my refrigerator, because it was not operating properly it was cutting off fo rlong periods of time and my food would get room temp. I purchased a Duel Fuel Range (plus a refrigerator) less than a year ago.
