Raison Engineers & Builders is bulling a society in indirapuram 'Raison Armor Homes'. The builder has asked the flat allottees to pay Rs 75 per sq. ft of super area for External Electrification Charges at the time of possession. This rate is very high. Ashiana builder (just opposite to this society) is charging Rs 25 per sq. ft in their project opposite Rasion Armor Homes in Indirapuram. Another builder Rishabh is also charging Rs 25 per sq. ft. for EEC (again close to this society). My husband and I bought all new Sears Elite appliances in February, 2008. Our refrigerator has not worked since we have had it. Edgar Zuniga was contracted to do drywall services on my home. Edgar was payed in full and started ripping out walls. After beginning Edgar left to Mexico. After several weeks went by and my walls were torn up, I called Edgar numerous times. He finally responded and wanted to settle for 1/4th the price I paid him. I told him this is unacceptable and he just tore walls out without doing any drywall. Edgar got angry and said just take me to court. I ordered $70 worth of plants and when the package arrived i couldnt believe my eyes. All i got was small pieces of roots (2-3" long) without a single piece of leaf. I called and complained after the pieces of root just rotted away after i took hours planting them as described. After my complaint they sent a second shipment but they all rotted away two except 3 of them (out of 40 or so). The product was described as a 2-3 FOOT plant but they sent me 2-3 INCH roots. Anyone dealing with John Dalrymple/Castaway Pools whether a customer or subcontractor --BEWARE!!! Make sure you have everything written in a legal contract. He's not to be trusted. I have notified my home protection plan several times and thus had several different plumbing companies check it out...to no avail. From June through October I have tried to get Stearns and Foster to honor their mattress warranty. After 5 months of use the pillow top material has shifted toward the center of the mattress resulting in "crowning" (Stearns and Foster words). I submitted my rebate with all necessary paperwork. I received an email that I qualified for the rebate and the website I was referred to gave a confirmation # and other legit-looking details. I never received my rebate. It was supposed to be in the form of a $25 prepaid Visa, making it even that much more possible for a scam.
