Arkansas Attorney General Jusing McDaniels is filing suit against Ferrellgas under deceptive trade practices. Ferrellgas is doing the same thing in Michigan to customers that they did to customers in Arkansas that prompted the suit. Hindsight being 20/20 I would tell anyone considering this firm to run as far away from them as you can. Never shows up on time. Stays for a minimal amount of time and gets minimal work completed. I wish I had read the online complaints before I called Sears service to repair my Kenmore dishwasher. I would not have called them at all and never will again. Beware of there water garden products! Aquascape's pumps are a total failure anddisaster! I have had to replace mine 6 times in 2 years. There underwater lights are not any better. They leak and short out. Some people consider their product the "Cadillac" of pond products but I say it's more like the lemon of the industry. They try to hide the problems and make you feel like it is your fault. If you hire Mr. Plumber, Howell, NJ, be careful. I thought I hired a licensed master plumber to work on my bathroom. Mr. Plumber and his assistant broke my main water valve. I am so angry right now. Last year this company did some work for us. They needed access to the basement wall through the first floor. I recently bought a grill for my husband for his birthday July 10th, the next day July 11th it caught fire the hose and couplings had leaks so the gas under the grill caught fire. He left the plates off all the A/C vents, didn't finish a room, paint was not the right color and I believe he didn't buy the paint but "borrowed" it from his last job. The leather on the sofa we purchased began splitting and shredding within a few months of delivery. We complained to the store and they told us to purchase a leather conditioner and all would be fine. But it only got worse. We again complained to Plummers and they told us we would need to contact the manufacturer, Actona Co. We have purchased a dryer at NE Appliances. My husband had picked it up and installed at our new home. The next day I've learnt that we were given the wrong unit, cheaper and with fewer futures. We contacted the store to make an exchange and we were told they can only do it if we, ourselves, bring the wrong unit back. Earlier in the spring I bought 2 Adirondack chairs at Joanne Fabrics and they were very nice. A few weeks ago I bought 4 more Adirondack chairs (on sale) at the same Joanne Fabrics Store.
