Bought product online first of august last year. I used it a few times before the season was over, and stored it indoors, following all precautions to avoid killing the batteries. Come spring, one battery wouldn't chage at all, called and getting another one sent to me via warranty. After purchase and prepayment over the internet I was notified by email that I should not accept the shipped order until I had opened and inspected for internal damage. This contractor is responsive before you sign the contract. Once you do, however, he does not do the work when promised, doesn't answer calls if he recognizes your number. When you do trick him into answering your call (call from unknown number) he lies about when he will show up, and then doesn't anyway. Do not use this contractor. read full review »

I purchased a Frigidaire professional range and an extended warranty fom Brandsmart in July of 2009. Over two months ago my range failed and started producing an alarm sound continuously and I had to shut off the circuit breaker to stop it. I immediately called Brandsmart and arranged for a warranty repair. Since then Brandsmart has sent the repairman to my house 3x and my range is still broken. In February 2010 I had a salt water pool installed by Pool Pride Services of Shelly Beach. After only 6 months the IntelliChlor Electronic Chlorine Generator started failing. A few of the LED lights stopped working. I immediately made a movie of the fault on my cell phone and showed it to Pool Pride. Nothing was done for another 6 months. I decided that before the 1 year warranty was up, I had better investigate this further. I was told to bring the faulty unit in and in about 2 or 3 weeks I will get it back repaired. There has been a stain on my $2000 sofa for about 3 months. I dug around for my worrynomore brochure, but could not find it. A wedding and master's degree program got in the way of further investigation. When I finally called, they informed me that since I did not call within 10 days of noticing the stain, they cannot help me. I started crying because in an economy such as the one we are in $2000 + the cost of the warranty is a lot of money to lose, and they hung up on me.
