Started off well. Put in new power drop with permit. However, he didn't get a permit to install new wire or change kitchen wiring. I didn't know this until the end. Bill Norris left a flyer on our door after a tornado hit our community. He came out and said he could get State Farm to cover us for a new roof that was leaking, due to wind and hail damage. 1/9/11 State Farm inspected our roof and said they would replace it on 1/12/2011 Mr Norris of Norkobi, Inc. asked for a deposit of $2590.15 to cover the materials and labor and within two to three weeks we would have a new roof. I recently join Goodlife Fitness, downtown Ottawa location. I have nothing bad to report as far as payments/staff/equipment is related. My issue is the men's change room. Its TERRIBLE. Contractor walked away from the project at the last stage. We had a signed contract outlining the scope of work, payment schedule, time frame, etc, but the contractor never followed the payment schedule and always asked for money without the required amount of work completed. My husband and I bought new furniture from Bill Cox in January. One week after getting it home the couch cushions started to sink. I bought a GE Water Heater from Home Depot, and through Home Depot I had it professionally installed. Final cost was about $1775. About 2 years later, no hot water. I called PG&E they came out to re-ignite the pilot light, told me it would not stay on, so I need to call the manufacturer.
