We called Sears Appliance (Kenmore) for solving a problem with the Sears Kenmore side by side refrigerator ice bin with a crusher rusting. They recommended that I get a technician at home to look at it. I asked for not only a replacement part also a recall on this ice crush bin that is collecting rust. Seven year-old Frigidaire side-by-side has compressor dying. Many have expressed complaints about this defective products but Frigidaire does not care (warranty expired, so you are on your own). When a top-of-the-line fridge has a compressor dying, it means it was a defective product and the company should stand behind. I had 3 Harbour Breeze "Hatteras" outdoor ceiling fans (purchased at Lowes) installed on my covered porch 3 years ago. I have had to replace 15 blades altogether on 2 of those 3 fans. And the motor housing of at least one of the fans is completely rusty. My husband and I, we bought a dinnette and hutch set worth more than $2, 500.00. I called Ultra Shield's office to log surface water damage on the dining table and a crack on the side of the leaf, to extend the table.
