I also have an ongoing issue with this same company, I ordered a beverage cooler in 06/2010 after several (5-6) weeks it arrived. Upon opening the unit, my contractor noticed that the unit looked like it had been dropped since the door hinge was out of alignment and the corners were dented in. I have a huge problem with the quality of the trees that were delivered to my home. For the prices I paid, I expected to receive trees that were at the same age and size as the ones offered in a local Lowes or Home Depot. I understand that shipping causes stress to the trees- however the trunk width and short heights are not affected by shipping. They do not take returns, and only refund some store credit if they determine that tree died. This is the biggest rip-off of a company. They came to a house I was renting to pump out water in the basement. They said they couldn't pump out the water but they would leave a dehumidifier and a fan for the weekend and they would be back on Monday to pick it up. They didn't show up for three weeks. I was registered with SAI alarm Funding for the home security for a three year contract. In the meanwhile the SAI has transfered its business to CastleRock Security Inc. Without my knowledge or any explicit permission/ Authorization from me the Castle Rock Renewed my contract for another year with out informing me or asking for a consent This is violation of my rights. We got them to do some add ons to our house. They promised us everything etc etc. We then had problems with waterproofing and crumbling on the ramp to our garage and it took them 6 months to come and rectify the problems. Once they had rectified it, they promised to remove the building rubble the following day, we are now 3 weeks later and a couple of phone calls with promises from them and the building rubble is still outside my premises. I ordered two Fig trees from Willis Orchard through Google ordering system. Also in the order was some trees for Fall delivery. I received the two Fig Trees Bare feet. As any one with a dash of salt knowledge about trees knows that Bare feet trees are in a shock and need recovery. Unfortunately I did not have this Dash of salt. This company are completely incompetent from their store sales staff, through the delivery service, to their so called "supervisors". We ordered a bed in early August and advised we immediately that we'd be paying for the bed on a card different to the delivery address. This company had supplied table tops for a hotel. Sixty in total. All the specifications were given and test samples were supplied for testing. The samples were tested for resistance to stains such as coffee and tea. The samples had passed all the tests. The company came to our house to construct borders (the borders are nice). They had to move a sprinkler head to put the borders in. When they moved the sprinkler head they screwed up the adjustment so it was spraying on the house and the neighbors yard. We purchased 2 Harbor Breeze fans with remotes. I bought Energizer A23 Batteries, I have a home battery checker, both batteries showed excellent condition. I put them in the remotes and they both died within a day. I bought more bateries and they died with a day. I know it isn't the batteries, so it has to be something with the remotes. I recently had to do some renovations that got to a point where it was necessary to get a plumber in. Having found an advert in the Yellow Pages, that stated they were the quickest and cheapest, I contacted AAA Plumbing to come in and give us a quote.
