Company claims they buy phone access from Verizon and re-sell it at a lower rate to save consumers money. What they actually do is reduce per line access charge by a couple of dollars and then add undisclosed service charges to make the total bill higher than it would have been from Verizon. I have attempted to modify service plan multiple times and found that they wont honor verbal agreements. Let me preface by saying I am a single, senior woman who lives in a mobile home with particle board floors. Any water damage really causes havoc with the particle board. Had pipe leak in slab. American Plumbing came out and can repipe my whole house. Quoted, $789. I signed the work order. The repipe was done. I recieved an invoice and gave my credit card number. The final bill came to over, what I thought was $900. I had the plumber do extra work so I thought it was reasonable. What a shock I got when my credit card was charged over $9000. not $900. We had a new Dacor cook top installed on 3/31/08 with five known major defects. The installer, recommended by CBD Family Appliances(CBD), contacted CBD and they allowed the istallation to proceed. CBD told us the cook top needed to be evaluated first and told us to contact them and the evaluation was completed on April 3. I had purchased a Fedders 1.5T Window A/C on April'07 in Gurgaon, India. Within three months of its use, the a/c had a gas leakage. I contracted Panther Windows & Siding Inc. for replacing my windows. Water comes through the bottom side of one of the window that was installed every time it rains. I have made several phone calls requesting this problem to be solved with no success. They keep telling me that someone is going to call but that has not happened ever. I love to complain. Especially about that bridge I have to live under. Sometimes I get beat up while I sleep. Daniel Godbout is a fraud artist and a thief. I had hired him because he was my friend's neighbor ( I asked about Daniel Godbout) and his prices were reasonable. I ordered a few simple replacement parts from Outdoordistributors.com on Aug 7, 2009 at which time my creditcard was hit for $54.28. After two weeks I made over 4 phone calls (one per week) to check on my order. I was told that they were still waiting on the part and NEVER got a straight answer as to when the parts would ship. I was told "next week" everytime I called. After a month I called and asked to cancel the order. I WOULD NEVER, EVER order from these hillbillies again. Beware ...if you use Weaver Gas for your heating propane dealer and do not use enough propane you are going to get charged a very high price per gallon for propane. They tell you there is no MINIMUM charge but they do not tell you that they bill on a minimum USAGE charge (which they do tell you). The more you use, the less you pay per gallon. I will try to explain. I got a bill for $77.29 for 13.1 gallons. If I had used 113 gallons, I would have paid a very close price to the $77.29. SAI (now Castle Rock) contracts out apparently for new enrollment and installation. My installation was performed by unqualified technicians and was done incorrectly.
