In April we cought our dishwasher on special. It was delivered and stored pending the completion of our kitchen reno. The day after we installed it we called for service as the door was leaking (July 26th) to date the technician has come in 4 times and changed several parts. I bought a living room Durapella - Cocoa (but the color is actually cream. I bought the warranty with it and the give cleaner, I used the cleaner on it and it left stained stripes. They called a professional cleaner person who came to clean the furniture and the company said that this was the worst furniture to clean. I believe it I would not recommend this type of fabric. There are the new babies in the real estate field which initially promises of standards of Big builders but at the end they are bad than the small builders. In my opinion, this company is big on lip service and way short on follow through. I would leave messages that would go unanswered. When I did get a return call they would assure me that I'd receive their report and estimate the next day. I first contacted them in June, they did come and look at my roof, and gave me a song and dance about why they felt the insurance company should cover the replacement cost, but I NEVER did receive a written report or estimate and decided that if it was this difficult just to get a number out of them, I didn't DARE let them on my roof because the re-roof work would probably become a nightmare experience. read full review »

I heard nothing from them and it was only when I chased them for a expected delivery date that I was informed the product in question was out of stock and they could not indicate when they would be able to fulfill the order. This has been one of the worst experiences dealing with appliance companies. I was (still is) trying to get a resolution for my problem with A/C and this company was sent by my Insurance.
