I had worked for this company since 06/18/08 to 10/5/09. I feel treated unfairly about my termination.But the point is when they let me go I had 50.5 hours of vaction time left. Both my Boss and his boss said i would get it because i earned it. We have oil heating, and the water tank also is oil fired and started leaking. As it was still summer, and instead of going for a new hot water tank we decided to apply for enbridge gas line. In the first call itself we explained to them that there is no hot water and we hope enbridge will rush up the installation process. in 2007 I purchased engineered hardwood floors, a Brazilian Ipe from Anderson Hardwood Flooring's Magellan line. Within 1 week of installation the boards started to lighten along the edges and split. The wood was separating from the finish. We replaced our pool liner one month ago and found a hole 3 feet wide. the pool drained overnight. REC Warehouse and its installation contractor TopNotch claim not being responsable for its liner.
