I have Levelor cellular blinds in my home office. After a couple of years, they started not raising and staying horizontal. One side was lower than the other. I saw that one of the cords had slack, while the others didn't. Well where do i start? We purchased a home at the Stafford Lakes Location in Fredericksburg, VA. This is day two without gas service due to a poorly made payment company mistake and the Center Pointe's bullying and making fun of our situation. I spoke to three customer service employees, one hung up on me, and asked two for a supervisor (you have to wait 24 hours to get one if you are lucky enough to get a service person to get you on the waiting list, which takes 5 minutes of waiting time). Excessive charge for a small repair. Lon Smith roofing replaced my roof in 2003 and gave me a 10 year limited warranty. When I developed a small leak in 2010 and called the company I was told that they could not find the record of my roof replacement and warranty. I purchased a brand new Husqvarna Viking Designer Ruby Sewing/Embroidery machine for $6000.00 on September 3rd. I used it for 30 minutes and it quit functioning. In January of 2009 I purchased a Sears Kenmore "Elite" Freezer model # 253.28092801. Last month, the freezer started acting up - it would cool part of the time and then it would stop cooling. Meritage Homes is a lousy place to work. The regional manager in Tucson is not fair to employees or to vendors.
