I am posting this information in-order to warn all potential customers of Affordable Hardscapes in Denver Colorado. My husband and I hired them to do a stamped patio and fire pit. In SEPTEMBER 2008 we were convinced by Bernie Klinger that he and Chester Birchwood would install a solar thermal heating system which would help save on our heating bills. Center Point hires Davey Tree to "trim" tress and shrubs around the utility lines. I want to have our utility lines burried but cannot get Center Point to give us a bid or tell us what we need to do prior to have them burried. AO Smith hotwater heater fails after 1 yr of installation by the builder. We know 5 out of 24 (reported failures) in our neighborhood alone. If under the 1yr builder's warranty - the builder's customer service will fix it but, after 1yr you contact AO Smith. The thermocouple and the thermal controller have to be replaced. The manufaturer is willing to send the parts providing you contact them and a plumber to install the parts. Model GNR 40 serial number 0803T001366 is just junk! These were to start a week after my background check was done, which cost me $99. Do not, I repeat, do not buy the micro fiber furniture, or the protection plan. The furniture stains just with water spills and any other type of spill is permanent.
