Their billing system is the worse system I ever seen. I had two blood test in one of the Quest lab and my insurrance paid their fees but they keep sending me the bills. Their customer service is so stupid they can even fix their systems. so they keep sending the claim to different collection agency. A Metro Foods truck driver had his windows rolled up and music blaring when backing into a Food Basics loading dock on June 04 2011. The service at this SPA in Singapore is really bad and it seems that they are out to cheat people of their money. They have absolute no customer service there. the receptionist and the manager are very rude. They took my membership card when entering the gym then they ripped it with a pair of scissor, right in front of me. I was not sure what was going on then I had to ask why they dint care attitude towards me said that they have started using a new card key system. I was absolutely not happy about this. This course is the biggest ripoff I have ever seen in my life. I am an avid golfer, playing in almost every state of this country and I have never seen such a terrible place. They charge you near $50 for 18 holes and when you get out there to play, it's cart path only, the fairways are rock hard and all dead grass, the greens are covered in sand and dead spots. There weren't more than two places on this whole course that did not have dead grass. I am infuriated with The Villages charging such a hefty price for such terrible condition. My only complaint from ordering the Laredo boots was that there was some confusion as to what size I needed. Somehow between my request and the actual delivery, I needed an 8 and received a 9. When I contacted the customer service department as to the size issue, she checked the order and they had input a size 8. Delivery times are an absolute joke, and their factory and distribution location is somewhere in the Phillipines (though my first watch was sent from Russia via China), NOT UK based as they specify. The only UK based bit is where you send the watches when returning them, and that's most likely a bedsit in Oxford.
