I feel the need to write a complaint about Giada Salon for others who might be considering their services. My experience was shocking to me and to Aveda headquarters. The health insurance that Securitas offerd sucks suck sucks .DONT SIGN UP FOR Aenta Ins. Securitas takes money out off every check for Aenta Ins. but when its time to use the insurance you may as well pay to go to the doctor out of your ouwn pocket. One of the staff members is always very rude. I believe she is the lady in charge. I buy stuff online and whenever I go in to get my packages she just glares at me. I have never missed rent nor been late. Also they have called me twice and both times she was extremely rude in her message and one of the times was calling just to check in! I went to this doctor and can say it was the biggest mistake of my life; I will regret it forever; i have since met several people who also have had their lives destroyed because of his total incompetence, he lies, he doesn't know surgical procedures and he 'experiments' on patients, he is a total psycho. On 5/23/2011 I went to the opitcal center to order a new lens because the one I had a large scratch on them The lady informed me that only the frame had a warrenty on them. I said that was ok.
