I brought a pair of ugg boots from this site, upon arrival, unboxed, one of the buttons had already fallen off and most of the others were hanging off, I emailed them to return, asking for a returns address, but all i get is stupid emails asking if i could glue them, give them to a friend or sell them as the cost of returning would be too expensive.
