When I ordered this product I was told to cancel before 30 days so as not to get charged, however, I cannot contact them to cancel. All of the numbers that other unhappy people have given sre no longer in servive. Also my product arrived in a white bag with no invoice or return address. I signed up for 18 months of Urban Active gym time and paid the amount with a credit card. a year later I get a threatening phone call from a collection agency saying I owe money.
