I ordered a pair of clogs from this company and was charged and given an approx delivery date. 10 days later, nothing. I contacted them for a status update and was given a new shipment date. Days later nothing. I again contacted them and was given yet another shipment dated (the process at this time was more that 1 month old and counting). I cancelled my order and requested a refund. It has come to my attention that rumor has it, that the employees were told on April 7, 201o Wednesday not to speak Spanish among themselves. Went through drive thru ordered Medium Iced Cap. Immediately after I left it began to separate. I stirred it tasted it & it was a little sour and very strong on the coffee. I tried tasting it hoping it would taste different as I continued to stir and it continued to separate. Within 10 minutes it was totally separated and very dark.
