I am deeply disturbed by the way the store manager carried himself today with my complaint. It was one that I do not just come up to anyone and talk about toilet paper but his responses are troubling. I was interviewed by AIL. It was an interesting experience, to say the least. When I arrived there were about 30 people waiting to get into a small office area, they had us all sign in on a clipboard and called us one by one into the interview. I having a good grade of hair that I took pride in the fact that it was thick and longer after not cutting as I usually do. My problem was that in order for me to get and go I decided to get micro braids. I walked in and was told to look in the book and see what style you want. I ordered a pair of UGG boots at this "outlet". After I ordered I had a 6th sense that the transition was just not right. I was informed that the boots were being shipped from snowboots store1. I ordered these lifts and I did receive them. the company is located in Canada, so the shipping of the product was relatively expensive ($14). The site stated that the product could be returned for a full refund. I found these lifts extremely uncomfortable and shipped them back. Because the company is located in Canada it is a hustle to ship and it cost me about $20. I never received a refund. Don't get sucked in by these people like I have been. I received a sample kit of their product Jan 12th. I do not agree to their terms and want to return the unused product. To do this I need an R M A number. I have spent 40 minutes waiting to speak to a service representative who asked for my zip code. I was emailed an offer for a book and DVD by Jillian Michaels. I ordered them, it was a good deal. It included a free four week membership to her online weight loss program. If you do not cancel this online program before the four weeks is up, they will charge your paypal or credit card $52.00. And even though I canceled the very day I was charged, they will keep one weeks worth of money.
