Three weeks ago I went to Costco to order eye glasses. They have a numbered queue system, which should have been my first clue that they don't mind making customer wait a long time. Asked for a cup of water at drivethrough window and they told me they didn't supply water other than to sell me Dasani. I was told if I wanted water to come inside and get a complimentary cup. You select the items you want then they send you an order confirmation through your email then request pay ment. Their website claims they accept credit cards- this is false- after trying to pay via credit card they sent me an email saying the only forms of payment they accept are PayPall, and all those wire transfer things I paid via PayPall. On 12/14/09 we recieved a letter from NCE stating that the State of NY had issues orders that American Medical Life Insurance Co., the insurance company that underwites the health plan, will discontinue offering it's insurance to members that reside in the State of New York, effective 1/1/2010. Submitted a 3 year old Barbour Winter coat for repair to them as the zipper became stuck and unusable.
