Our dr wrote a prescription for 10 vials of Insulin for a 90 day supply. The company filled it for 7 vials. They used an old prescription order and said they would call the doc to verify the addtional needed vials. Even though I went back on the website and got a phone number they still did not and adamantly refused to give me a refund even though I offered to send the entire bottle back unused. I finally had to cancel my bank card with my bank for all the fraudulent charges by acaidetox. I will billed nearly 200.00 dollars after the product was returned and cancelled. Purchased a new Campagnolo Record seatpost at Lee's bike shop. After several rides seat would not stay level, would creep back. Returned seat post to store. Splines on seatpost stripped. I never received my free trial offer, after spending 2 hours on the phone, about 8 calls all together, I was disconnected 5 time, left 2 phone messages, and then retrieved my email from placing the order. They actually signed me up for a monthly membership for 69.99 per month. I called and was told I was informed about the membership and trial period. I WAS NOT. I bought a diamond ring 2 days before Christmas for about $2500. I going to put it on my credit card but was sold their 90 day same as cash credit card deal. Approval took about 5 minutes as my credit is excellent. I paid off $1000 in January. $1000 in Febuary. And the ballance in March.
