I was terminated, on Monday, 4/29/02, after 15 months employment as a telemarketer, from TCIM Services in Norman, Oklahoma. I am 49 years old and received my one year employment raise, of 50 cents an hour, in February of 2002. My mother is in nursing home and is the beneficiary of a long term care policy from Genworth Financial. She is due payment the first of the month which makes up almost 70% of her care. Genworth is chronically late with payments, sometimes by over a week. In several cases they have failed to issue payments completely. I received a trial of acai berry in Febuary. After reading about this being a scam with no results I tried to call the company several times. I do not wish to participate in the program and wish to opt out. The first call kept me on hold for 20 min. The next day I was told that the computers were down. That is totally disgusting! I hope you have contacted the board of health on this matter. Staph infections are very contagious and if not treated quickly can become a nightmare all over your body.
