This company has a trial offer that automatically ends up charging people on a monthly basis. It is impossible to know that that will happen. It is impossible to reach someone on the phone to cancel. Their website says they don't accept returned products. I have been charged twice for the Extreme Berry product $89.31 each time. I had my nails refilled on 1/9/09. As the week went on I noticed there was no acrylic or very little acrylic on the sides of each nail. The sides were rough and jagged catching on everything. I was a Avon representative for 5 years as well as a customer. I recently placed an order on their avon.com website for a pair of tennis shoes. I ordered exactly according to their fitting specifications regarding half sizes which is what I wear and the shoes didn't fit. I dreaded that because I knew I had to send them back. They have no good way of doing that, they don't send you a return shipping label like some online stores do.
