Yesterday I walked up to the doctor's office early as I had an appointment at 1:30PM only to find a note stating moved to Sagebrush Trail in Ormond Beach. Thrift shop clerk next door called the doctor's office to find their location only to discover they had closed all Ormond Beach offices and moved to Port Orange.
