It took them over 2 weeks to have the "only person who handles cancellations" call me...then another 5 days to cancel my membership...they continued to charge it after the cancellation and no one would call me back regarding this - I called 4 times and the same woman who handles cancellations was never in...after filing a complaint with the BBB she called me back, calling the club by a different name and stating that she didnt have me as a member (but apparently still had my credit card to charge me) - I have to cancel my card! Worst service ever and not very cleanly. read full review »

Ivory White teeth whitening system
Angry January 7, 2009
WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! IVORY WHITE IS A SCAM! I signed up on-line to receive a "free trial offer" of the Ivory White teeth whitening product. I didn't realize at that time that the complete system would also accompany the trial offer package and that I would be charged $74 on my credit card. When I received the package yesterday, after being out of town for several weeks, I called the company to cancel the order and to return the package immediately. A supervisor stated that it would be impossible for me to return the... read full review »

Robeks
Xina January 7, 2009
This complaint is directed only to the Robeks Juice located in Congressional Plaza of Rockville, Maryland. (Robeks is basically a healthy smoothie place and rivals with Starbucks.) This particular location has a bunch of lazy employees who think that, just because it's winter, they can loiter around outside of their store, smoke, and make customer's drinks out of order. Their entire store is empty, until they see a customer enter. My story: I stepped into the cafe around 3pm during my lunch break(which is half an hour... read full review »

I paid $35.00 (24.95 for the gloves) including shipping on a credit card. The order number is 33236 Heated Gloves Warm Hands with Replacement 10 hour Hand & Glove Warmers. Recently I ordered 5 pairs of baseball pants for my youth baseball team from essesco.com. The pants came in a reasonable amount of time. I took the box to a team practice to have my players try the pants on for size. I only ordered 5 pairs to make sure that the pants would fit my players. I paid 10% shipping at that time. Unfortunately the web site is so vague about sizing it was hard to determine the length of the pants. The pants were either too wide in the waist or two long for my players to wear. I purchased a twin insta-bed to be used on a hunting trip to the Colorado mountains. The main reason that I chose this bed is that it read on the box that it was tested 100% leak proof. It was not leak proof. I tried to return the bed to the place where I purchased it, they told me that I had to have the Upc code and receipt. I could not do this because I had mailed both to the Amer. Prod. Inc. for a free knife (which I had never received) this was offered on the box the bed came in.
