I purchased Acai Berry-oral, on a website. The website said special offer for 5.95. About 15 days later, they charged my credit card 83.33. The company said it was a free trial and that if i didnt sent it back before 15 days my card was charged, but on the website there was nothing about a free trial or send the product back for any reason. I signed up for a free 14 day trial for Acai berry melt away tabs. It cost about $2 for shipping and handling. Then over a month later I was charged $89.31. Without my consent or knowledge, apparently I was now signed up for a membership and the $89.31 bottle of merely 60 pills is also NON-refundable! This company is unbelievable. I tried to cancel a account I had with them and after going through their cancellation page, the notification I received was 'cancellation successful.' If you do not enter the correct login name and password it still says 'cancellation successful, ' not like normal businesses that say 'invalid user ID or password.' I ordered a SAMPLE of tea last August. I tried to stop Wu Yi sending the full order within 30 days and the thieves sent it anyway, charged me $60. Tried to cancel again by phone and email, they sent ANOTHER order. Finally stopped tha. I used to work as this place as a baker. I know I didn't do so well in the job, however there are times I don't deserve to get yell at. I just resently quit at the popyees in jena la. 318-992-0006 (01/05/09) It was bad enough they changed the schuadels on the day you were to work but I have also wittnessed the employees (april & logan) makeing change for thereselves right out of the safe while the manager(rachel) was outside smokeing. they employees do not wash their hands near enough especially after doing cleaning and trash chores.
