I bought 6 John Ashford long-sleeve shirts at Macy's right after Thanksgiving for a new job. I should have suspected something since they were on sale for $9.99 each. I wore each shirt once and then washed per directions. When I went to wear them a second time each sleeve was almost a 1/4 inch shorter! Listed as Free Sample, this company sent out bottles of extra stuff and told me they were going to charge my credit card 88 dollars and some change. They never mention this in the advertising and they say they are also going to keep sending you more pills and charge your card. I too had the same problem with unauthorized charges to my account and I haven't even received the products. I had a few charges to my bank account and they were under different company names each time. I filed a discrepency report right away with my bank and received my money back!...Thank God! I encourage others to do so because there will be an investigation done right away and the more we dispute the quicker the companies will get caught for FRAUD!!! Purchased one on Dec 6th, opened it up for christmas and charged up only to find the battery will not charge. They say I need to shop it back, at my expense to have it tested. If its' defective it will be replaced. I also got caught in this scam. They at least sent an email confirmation and I found their 800# on all of the charges they put on my card through my online banking acct. They operate under different names and have different phone numbers so it's difficult to track them, let alone know what the actual name of the company is to try and track them. I called the number that was on my bank statement a couple ties now and I have talked to people saying I will get a refund for my $88 charge after the trial bottle. Ordered slimclip online, then try to cancel order; however it takes 48 hours for customer service at 800-428-1600 to receive order. Tried canceling through the website link that was sent to me via email, waited 48 hours and received no cancellation email.
