November 3rd, 2008, following the directions to the letter, I returned dietary supplements to central coast neutraceuticals. I also e-mailed them cancelling this order and any future orders. I received an e-mail confirmation from them on Nov, 3rd acknowledging my cancellation. On Nov.13th, 2008, my checking account was charged, $39.95 & 38.95 for prodects that I had cancelled, sent back and even received confirmation from the company of the cancellation. Toward the end of 2007 I purchased a Concord Watch from a Movado company store. In about a month the pin on the band fell out and I went to a Movado store in Boca Raton, FL where they took it into the rear of the store and said that it was now 'repaired'. On 11/17/08 the wait time was 78 minutes +/-. On 11/18/08 the lines was busy until 13:00 CST and then the wait was 75 minutes +/-. I saw this company advertising the AcaiPure dietary supplement signed up to receive a free trial offer for $1.95. They took $45.00 out of my account, which I have yet to receive back, and now they have taken the same amount two more times without sending the product. When I call their phone number, I am on hold for 45 minutes and no answer even though the phone says I will be on hold for 8 minutes. Signed up for personal training sessions. Paid over $900. They were never able to find me a trainer and refuse to give me my money back. I disupted the charge with Credit Card and they lied and said they had scheduled multiple appointments with me and I cancelled--which is a lie. The corporate office will not let me speak with any managers. They don't give out names and make it as difficult as possible to file a complaint. I kept some gift vouchers this year for Marks and Spencers, specifically to purchase food for Christmas dinner. The voucher clearly states that it can be used for food and drink. I was working at the Waffle House in Lula, Ga and was falsely accused of stealing by the manager and fired after almost a year with this store. Another employee came forward and reported that they had seen another employee take this money and this statement was ignored. My reputation is in ruins in this small community and I cannot find a job because of this and they know I really can't afford an attorney to sue them.
